How do you feel when it arrives, but you do not know how to use it? These are two of the answers that RushRebel, a new feature of the MyCUPRA app, tries to provide. The add-on has three objectives: to improve the traceability and communication of the car delivery process, thereby reducing uncertainty during waiting times; to facilitate familiarisation with the car through a learning centre with specific content based on the configuration of the customer’s vehicle; and to increase engagement with the brand by giving the customer acess to the CUPRA collection. The initiative consists of providing test drives for CUPRA Born for up to 14 days for a daily fee. In this way, potential customers can enjoy driving an electric vehicle, discover its possibilities and functionalities and see how it fits into their daily routines. The next phase of the initiative is a six month pilot test at the CUPRA City Garage in Madrid to evaluate the feasibility of the project with real customers. This project aims to improve the purchasing experience and communication with the brand thanks to a 24/7 personal assistant powered by artificial intelligence, accompany customers during usage times to resolve their day-to-day questions. The app seeks to achieve a triple objective: to improve the brand image, to respond to customer needs and to create new lines of business.
