The CUPRA Formentor is the brand’s bestselling vehicle and has become a CUPRA icon. In the competitive crossover SUV market, the Formentor managed to top the sales chart last year, with more than 120,100 accumulated deliveries worldwide (+23% compared to 2022). Strong results for the first model designed and developed exclusively by CUPRA. The new CUPRA Formentor has therefore arrived to continue with the great success achieved by its predecessor. For its part, the new CUPRA Leon delivers a strong character in both 5-door hatchback and Sportstourer variants, at a time when the brand hits new milestones. Improvements in the engine and chassis sections also ensure an unparalleled sporty driving experience. CUPRA delivered 56,600 cars in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 21.4% compared to the same period in 2023. March was also the company’s all-time record month, with 23,800 deliveries. “The CUPRA Formentor and Leon have both been a driving force in the brand’s success as it expands its footprint around the world. It’s an approach that has been incredibly successful with close to 600,000 cars delivered since the brand’s launch in 2018,” said Wayne Griffiths, CEO of CUPRA. “The new CUPRA Formentor and Leon are pure design obsession. Two models built to provoke strong emotions and that strengthen the extraordinary bond with our Tribe. Two models that represent what that small group of believers envisaged CUPRA could be just a few years ago.” REDESIGNED FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF TRIBE MEMBERS The new exterior includes the CUPRA logo on thefront bonnet, the bold centre point to the shark-nosed face that defines the aggressive look with its triangular matrix LED lights and big, bold lower mouth.
