ZERo TOLERANCE PROTOCOLS FOR A SAFE WORK CULTURE WE AT SEAT S.A. ARE COMMITTED TO CREATING A SAFE, RESPECTFUL AND INCLUSIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL, AND WE FIRMLY REJECT ANY BEHAVIOUR THAT INVOLVES DISCRIMINATION OR VIOLENCE OF ANY KIND READ MORE READ MORE We have therefore established three protocols to address various forms of harassment and violence and to ensure the well-being of our emplo-yees in a safe, respectful and inclu-sive working environment for all. The principles of equal opportunities and treatment, tole-rance and mutual respect, as well as the rejection of exclusionary and discriminatory behaviour, are enshri-ned in the Company’s Code of Conduct, Diversity Ma-nifesto, XX Collective Labour Agreement and the SEAT S.A. Equality Plan. We have adopted various measures to ensure equal treatment and opportunities, notable among which are the creation and implementation of the following protocols: 1. Protocol for the Prevention of Workplace Harassment 2. Protocol for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Based on Gender, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and/or Gender Expression in the Workplace 3. Protocol on the Protection of Victims of Gender-Based Violence These protocols aim to prevent any possible situa-tions of violating equal treatment and opportunities in the company and to act in order to eliminate them if these occur. The protocols define what these situations are, and they establish criteria and procedures for acti-vating a response. They at all times ensure the protec-tion of the privacy, respect and dignity of all persons concerned. YOUR VOICE MATTERS The implementation of these three protocols represents a step forward in our zero tolerance policy towards any form of harassment or violence. They have all been de-veloped jointly by the company and the legal repre-sentatives of workers. In addition to the specific email addresses associated with these protocols, any emplo-yee can report suspicions of irregularity and/or beha-viour contrary to the principles of the Code of Conduct and regulations through the reporting channel’s email address: transparencia@seat.es. SEAT S.A. invites you to use the various communi-cation channels to report any situations that may vio-late equal treatment and opportunities, or those that threaten people’s dignity. We guarantee confidentiali-ty. Together we can create a safer, more inclusive and violence-free work environment.—
